The price includes:

• Bed linen changed weekly (with a minimum stay of 2 weeks);

• Combination safe in the apartment;

• Set of pots, moka pots, crockery and cutlery for table and kitchen use;
• Ceiling fans in all rooms;
• Hairdryer in the bathroom;
• Telephone in the apartment;

• Canvas cot with sides and linen for older children less than 3 years old, replacing 1 basic bed;

Optional paid services:

• Change of bed linen midweek: Euro 6.00 per change for a single bed, Euro 10 per change for a double bed;
• Daily tidying up and cleaning of the accommodation: Euro 15.00 for the two-room apartment, Euro 20.00 for the three-room apartment, (cost for each tidying up excluding kitchenette);
• Air conditioning (in addition to the kW offered);
• Laundry use (including detergents);
• Parking spaces: in the garage with video surveillance (UNATTENDED) Euro 50.00 per week;
• External parking (UNATTENDED) Euro 40.00 per week;

   

  Parking spaces both in the garage and in the external car park must be reserved at the time of booking and while spaces are available.

Mandatory paid services:

• Final cleaning: two-room apartment € 50.00; three-room apartment € 70.00;

Conditions:

• Deposit of € 150.00 per apartment (€ 100.00 per person for groups of children):
• The accommodation is made available from 4.00 pm;
• The accommodation and parking space must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure;
• Pets are not accepted.

Please note: all the rentals are exclusively weekly, from Saturday (arrival) to Saturday (departure)
